Custom Merch Stores

ScreenCo has the capability to set up an online store to simplify fundraisers, team stores, company merch, etc. You will receive a custom link for your store to share with others. We can also create a QR code for any flyers you would like to make. 

After the store is closed, we complete the calculations based on how many items are sold. ScreenCo will issue a check to your organization with your fundraised amount.

You can keep your store open as long as you would like. Items are only printed once the store is closed. We recommend keeping your store open for 2 weeks. Once the store is closed, there is a 1.5-2 week turnaround time to allow for ordering garments, printing, and packaging.

Additional Information

  • We will quote you based on our minimum quantity of 12 per design. The more you sell, the lower your price will be. Price breaks are at 25, 50, 100, 200, etc.

    You will set your pricing for your items.

    You must sell at least 12 items per design to avoid screen fees. If you do not sell 12, you will be charged screen fees. $25 per ink color per design.

    A $25 art fee will apply if you do not have print ready artwork. We have an in-house designer if you need artwork.

  • Pick Up

    You can have as many pick up locations as you would like (ex. lower elementary, upper elementary, middle school, high school, etc.)

    ScreenCo cannot be a pick up location.

    Shipping

    You can offer shipping in addition to a pick up option

    We charge $1 per item to cover supplies and packaging time

    Customer is responsible for shipping cost (market rate - typically between $4-10)

  • If you sell less than 50 total items, you have the option to have your items packaged by ScreenCo or to package the orders yourself. Packing slips can be emailed to the customer in a PDF if you choose to package them yourself.

    If you sell more than 50 total items, ScreenCo requires us to package the items to avoid any confusion of missing items.

    We package orders in clear bags with a packing slip listing the customer’s name, address, email, and pick up location.

    We charge $1 per item to package orders to cover supplies and time spent packaging.
